In order to satisfy
the needs of Regional Planning Studies
trigered by the concept of Regional
Autonomy, in Indonesia, DOTPROM
has enlarged its experience in a Program
to determine policies options and spatial
plan options to guide local authorities
for many years.
Specifically, the Program includes
policies and strategies for the:
- Management and control of natural resources
- Land use and environment protection
- Spatial planning
- Infrastructure development
- Economic development supported by an information database
(Satellite Imagery and GIS) containing a detailed inventory of natural
resources, land use and land suitability
- Guidelines for the utilization of
natural resources and development of
built environment.
